PHILADELPHIA, August 28, 2019 – The investor rights lawyers at Rosca Scarlato have filed new claims in FINRA arbitration on behalf of additional UBS YES investors who lost money invested in the UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy (“UBS YES”) trading program. The claims were filed against UBS.
Rosca Scarlato LLC securities attorney Alan Rosca and his colleagues have filed multiple arbitration cases against UBS on behalf of investors, and are continuing to be contacted by new investors who are concerned about their YES portfolio. The investors in the most recently filed case believe they suffered substantial losses. Attorney Alan Rosca and his colleagues are working with other UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy investors and are preparing additional cases on their behalf to seek compensation for their YES investments.

Investors may contact Rosca Scarlato LLC attorneys Alan Rosca, Paul Scarlato, or Chris Pfeiffer for additional information or a free evaluation of their recovery options.
The UBS YES program was advertised as an option-based trading strategy that allegedly sought to increase returns for investors who committed a certain minimum amount of their portfolio (called a “Mandate”) to the YES program. Investors in the program indicated they started seeing substantial losses in their portfolios last year. Affected investors who are working with the Rosca Scarlato lawyers have expressed serious concerns about the direction of their portfolios and the trading strategy.
In their newly-filed cases on behalf of allegedly harmed investors, the Rosca Scarlato securities attorneys are seeking compensation for the investors in view of the suitability of the UBS YES program for the investors, the trading strategy itself, and the risk disclosures surrounding the YES program, among other claims. The claims focus on a number of important issues, including whether the UBS Yield Enhancement Strategy was suitable for the investors’ portfolios and whether UBS fully and adequately disclosed to investors important and major risks associated with the YES program and whether the actual trading strategy was consistent with the advertised strategy in the YES marketing materials.
The Rosca Scarlato attorneys have launched a website with updates for all investors in UBS’s Yeild Enhancement Strategy.
