Securities attorney Alan Rosca to Speak at Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association 2021 Mid-Year Meeting

Ohio, February 16, 2021 – The Rosca Scarlato law firm is pleased to announce that attorney Alan Rosca has been invited to speak at Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) 2021 Mid-Year Conference on Current Issues in Securities Arbitration.

Attorney Rosca, a longtime member of PIABA, will moderate the panel presenting on the topic of “Ethical Issues Related to Attorney Articles on Bad Brokers, Products, or Issuers: Handling Takedown Requests, Cease-and-Desist Letters.”
