After earning a Master of Business Administration in international business from Baldwin Wallace University during the early-2000s, he worked as an international business manager for a media company, where he served between 2003 and 2005. Following this accomplishment, he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Cleveland State University’s Marshall College of Law in 2008. Upon graduating, Mr. Rosca passed the Ohio Bar exam in the top one percentile and began as an attorney at law for a Cleveland law firm that represents investors nationwide.
