Atlis Securities Offerings
Atlis Motor Vehicles Inc. is a Mesa, Arizona, based developer and manufacturer of electric vehicle trucks and charging infrastructure, reportedly incorporated in 2016, according to the company. Atlis’ marketing materials list ATLIS Energy, ATLIS XP; and ATLIS XT among its flagship products, and ATLIS Charging, among its services.
Over the years, Atlis reportedly organized several Regulation CR crowdfunding offerings, Regulation D private offerings, and a Regulation A public offering.
On September 22, 2022, Atlis filed a registration of securities Form 8-A12B with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) together with 1-A POS Form offering circular announcing the company’s intention to register its Class A Common Stock securities at $27.50 per share for a maximum offering amount of $34,000,010.00. The offering circular also announced that the securities will be listed for trade on the NASDAQ under the symbol “AMV”.
Data from !Yahoo Finance shows that the price per AMV share has been highly volatile immediately post listing, and Atlis investors have reportedly complained about issues surrounding AMV shares transfer and trading.
