Michael Battalini’s Customer Dispute Disclosures

On August 30, 2023, a customer dispute disclosure added to Michael Battalini’s Brokercheck report alleged unsuitable investments in connection with alternative investment products (Case #: 23-02376). The customer dispute disclosure further indicates that Battalini was employed by Coastal Equities when the alleged activities occurred, and the alleged damages are reported to amount to $300,000.

Battalini was reportedly subject to a customer dispute disclosure in December of 2022. The dispute was allegedly filed by multiple claimants and it alleged unsuitable investments in connection with investment products identified as Direct Investments-DPP & LP Interests (Case #: 22-02771). The customer dispute disclosure further indicates that the claim involves various registered representatives, and that Battalini’s customers claimed $58,000 in alleged damages.

According to his Brokercheck, Michael Battalini most recently served as a broker with World Capital Brokerage, Inc., located in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, from 2022 to 2023.
