Christopher Conness Has Customer Disputes Reported on His Brokercheck Report

According to Conness’ FINRA Brokercheck page, as of the date of this article he is the subject of customer disputes. A customer filed a dispute in October 2020 alleged recommendations regarding investment into two REITs in 2015 were unsuitable. The employing firm when the alleged activities occurred was reportedly GF Investment Services, and the customer is seeking $50,000 for the alleged damages.

Broker Christopher Grant Conness is the subject of another pending customer dispute alleging unsuitable recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and negligence during the time when Conness was registered with GF Investments. The customer filed a dispute in July 2020, and is seeking $100,000 for the alleged damages. As of the date of this article, the dispute shows as pending.

Grant C. Conness has been registered with FINRA since 2004 according to his Brokercheck report. He is currently registered as a broker with Madison Avenue Securities located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has been registered with the firm since August 2017.
