5 Individuals & First Nationle Solution LLC, United RL Capital Services, and Percipience Global Corp. — Alleged Ponzi Scheme

Perry Santillo, Christopher Parris, Paul LaRocco, John Piccarreto, & Thomas Brenner, & First Nationle Solution LLC, United RL Capital Services, & Percipience Global Corp. Allegedly Orchestrated a $102 Million Ponzi Scheme

The SEC has charged 5 individuals connection with a alleged $102M Ponzi scheme and investor rights lawyer Alan Rosca is looking into the purported fraud.

Perry Santillo, Christopher Parris, Paul LaRocco, John Piccarreto, & Thomas Brenner, & First Nationle Solution LLC, United RL Capital Services, & Percipience Global Corp. allegedly made claims that their investors’ money would be used to operate businesses in fields such as financial services, insurance, real estate development, and medical laboratories, according to SEC Reports.

In reality, however, any and all business operations for each issuer reportedly appear to be limited or non-existent, the SEC notes.

Said defendants, after receiving investor funds, allegedly transferred said funds through multiple accounts held in the names of different entities the defendants control, commingling the funds, then transfer the funds elsewhere, the SEC reports.

Piccarreto Allegedly Allegedly Convinced an Elderly investor to put $250,000 in Percipience, and Described it as a Real-estate Investment

Piccarreto, for example, met with an investor from Austin,Texas in February 2015, according to SEC Reports under review by attorney Alan Rosca.

Due to the investor’s advanced age, and because he suffers from dementia, his daughter attended the meeting as well, and Piccarreto allegedly convinced the elderly investor to put $250,000 in Percipience, describing it as a real-estate investment, the SEC notes.

Said money was deposited into Percipience‘s bank account on March 5, 2015, and then quickly transferred through affiliate bank accounts —from which Piccarreto allegedly misappropriated $21,500 —and through First Nationle‘s bank account—from which Santillo allegedly misappropriated $172,800, the SEC reports.

More than two years later, after the investor’s daughter expressed concern about his investments to Piccarreto, Piccarreto allegedly made false statements in an e-mail:

I know this is scary for you and you are just looking out for dad but I promise you I will not let anything happen to any of the money.
